Peter, Abby, and Brooke get to stay at our home 10 glorious days. Glorious for the grandparents.
Thursday the temperature was in the high 60's, and Friday the low 70's. They were hot and suggested great ideas to cool off. "Eat ice cream". So we did.
Brooke spilled ice cream on Sally the dog, and her diaper. 
"...and Grandpa put water on the slide, so we can get wet as we slide down." Of course, that is exactly what he did. 
We were full and drenched, but had lots of laughs.
