Scratch-n-sniff (Can you smell the Cinnamon rolls?)

Ali invited me to teach some cinnamon ladies how to make Samoan rolls; or was it the other way around?
The water was too hot for the yeast. Silly Ali cooled it by holding it closer to the fan.



It sure was messy, and the ladies were unsure whether or not they wanted to get involved,
but, the finished product spoke for itself. Wow! did they smell good, and taste delicious.
